Regular Cleaning
The service we provide is subject to signing an Agreement with Pro-Cleaners. For all services, we will provide the cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless other arrangements have been made with you. The materials will not include consumables or requests for specialist brand names.

Quotation and Acceptance
By accepting our cleaning service by telephone, email, fax, website or post you will be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

All prices are subject to an inspection of your premises followed with a written quotation which will be valid for a period of 30 days. The quotation will not include anything apart from carrying out cleaning duties.

We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should you decide to alter your original requirements. Any increase in charges must be agreed with you prior to the start of work.

If an estimate is given without inspection, it will be based on the average time of cleaning premises of a similar size and should not be taken as the actual cost.
We may apply an additional charge if we have to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out.

All outstanding balances for services carried out are payable by cash, cheque or BACs upon completion of the job on the day of service unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed prior to commencement of works.

Cheques are to be made payable to ‘Pro-Cleaners’
You will be liable to pay all additional costs incurred for;
1. All bank and legal charges resulting from a dishonoured cheque.
2. In the event of us having to employ the services of a debt collection agency or institute legal proceedings in pursuit of payment.

We reserve the right to review our pricing structure at any time subject to notifying you in writing at least 2 weeks prior of any resulting change.

Claims / Guarantee
We have Public and Employer's Liability Insurance. The policy will cover any accidental damage cost by any person working on behalf of our company. We will only entertain claims for damages provided they are reported within 24 hours from the date the cleaning was carried out. Claims for damages reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.

If it is clear that we were responsible for the damage, we will through our insurance company repair or replace the item/s or arrange a payment equal to the estimated value of the damaged item/s.

Items excluded from liability are: cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value (cash value only), art and antiques.
You or your representative should be present at the time of completion of the service to agree the work has been carried out to your satisfaction. Any unfinished work will be carried out before the cleaners leave your premises.

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning services, you must report within 24 hours of completion of the job, we will then re-clean appropriate areas free of charge.

If you have requested an inventory check it must be carried out no less than 24 hours after the cleaning job has been completed.

We reserve the right to discontinue a cleaning job if;
1) On inspection, it is found that the materials are not suitable for cleaning or treatment.
2) If no water or power are available or if there is interference in the work from any other person.

Carpets will often not have a consistent appearance after cleaning by reason of differences in wear and tear. Sunlight will sometimes cause fading in areas of the carpet and cleaning can not rectify this. Stains are not always visible before dirt is removed and it may not be possible to remove those stains completely. We will use its best efforts to provide a good result but there are the obvious limitations.

In the unlikely event that a ‘one off’ clean is not up to inventory standard, it will be re-serviced free of charge. We guarantee services will be of sufficient standard to ensure the Tenancy Deposit is refunded – provided there are no issues beyond our control.

If you are not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, our cleaners will re-clean any area and items in accordance with our pre-written quote – we are unable to offer a refund on any services provided.

- You may cancel a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice.
- You will be liable to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- You may terminate a regular contract by giving at 3 months advanced notice and specifying the last cleaning date.
- You will be liable to pay the full price of one month's cleaning in case of a termination of the service if you have given less than 3 months advanced notice.
- You will be liable to pay the full price of a cleaning visit in the event;
1) Our cleaners are unable to gain access to your property. You should ensure the keys provided will unlock the door without any special efforts or skills.

After cancellation of service:
By entering into a service agreement with Pro-Cleaners, you agree that after the termination of the cleaning service and for a period up to 12 months you will not hire or use any cleaner provided to you by our company. If you do wish to hire or use cleaning services provided by such a cleaner then you will be invoiced for a referral fee of £1,000.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy - the only information that we gather about you, is information that has been specifically submitted to us at the time of the booking, clearly identified for that purpose.

This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998. Any and all information collected will be kept strictly private.

The Policy statement is an extension of our commitment to combine the finest quality services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our clients, suppliers, associates and staff.

If you wish to remove or change your information held by us, we will promptly take action to comply with your request.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom laws, and by agreeing to be bound by them you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions giving at least 7 days notice in writing.
